I've heard rumblings here and there about this little fashionista. I don't mean any offense by the world little.. but she is much younger than I and would definitely consider her a little sister.. only one with mad style and a blog full of such spunk, and surprisingly... maturity? I love little Tavi. Especially because she rocks blue hair.
