Construct-a-Font

During my independent study class with Lindsey Baker, I was shown a website called FontStruct where you can (sign up for free and) construct your very own font. No Adobe CS4 needed... just your computer and web access! How awesome is this?! I fussed with it a little this morning and the above is what I was able to create. If you can't tell.. it's A, B, and C. Although this website is pretty simple, I think I like creating my own fonts using Illustrator. Man, do I love that program! I'm 'bout it, 'bout it!

One of my favorite online stores is having a super sweet sale! Visit ModCloth to check out the groovy 'fits and accessories on sale. Although I am on a slim budget, I caved in and bought a cute dress & coat. Oh.. the life of a fashionista!

These posters are from the lovely artist, James White. I love the typography that he uses in each frame. They are used impeccably thus creating a different mood for each piece. The illustrations are also well done and the use of color is just right. Get inspired!
